All hats are handmade and ship within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Domestic (U.S.) shipping: Free on all orders.
All orders ship from Dallas, Texas.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient carrier for your location.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, Neon Dancing Cowboy ships within the United States only.

Delivery Issues

Neon Dancing Cowboy is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages once marked as delivered

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can help resolve the issue.
