Hats are one size fits most. They comfortably fit head sizes between 21 7/8" and 23 1/8" (U.S. sizes 7 to 7 3/8). Each order includes foam resizing strips that can be placed behind the hat band to adjust the fit for maximum comfort.

At Neon Dancing Cowboy, all sales are final due to the unique nature of our hand-crafted pieces. Please review measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Page. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or other appropriate solution.

Domestic Shipping:
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking provided. We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered. If a package is returned by USPS, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Treat your hand-painted denim like a leather jacket or fur, do not machine wash. To keep it looking its best:

Keep it dry: Avoid wearing in rain. If wet, hang to dry immediately.

Hang properly: Always hang jackets and clip bottoms to avoid creases and cracks. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Avoid heat: Keep away from radiators, heating vents, and never iron or steam, as heat can damage the paint.

Freshen up: Hang outside in indirect sunlight or shade for a few hours.

Spot clean: Use a damp cloth with mild soap for stains.

Remove odors: Use denim refresh sprays available on the market.
